Samples Payments
Samples usually don’t cost too much, so we prefer quicker and easier ways of paying. Therefore, for small payments we prefer to go with PayPal and 100% full payment is required.
Bulk Order Payments
For bulk orders which always involve big payments, 30% deposit is required before production begins, and the remaining 70% balance is due prior to shipment. For such payments we prefer to go with wire transfer (T/T) and Western Union.
For either cases, payments will not be refunded once the production begins. This is because custom watch projects require many custom made parts and these parts can not be reused for other projects or purposes. Make sure you have considered everything well before you place an order.
Shipping
Our company works with DHL, UPS, EMS and other courier service providers for international shipping. In most cases we ship via DHL, which takes 3-5 working days but costs a bit more than other options.
