Getting samples is an important step to assess your supplier’s production capabilities. It is advisable that you always ask for a sample before you place your order. But how can you get a sample from us?

Stocked Samples VS Custom Samples

Generally speaking, we supply two kinds of samples – stocked samples and custom samples. As its name suggests, stocked samples are in stock and very likely branded. If you order a sample from us simply to check its quality and details, then it is suggested that you get a stocked sample, because it saves time and costs less. Just make sure you contact your sales representative to check availability beforehand. The second type is custom samples, and this covers the great majority of samples we make. It applies to cases when you really want to see how your own watch with all the customized designs will turn out. However, producing custom samples will take longer time and cost more. Before ordering a custom sample please make sure you are fine with all the details. Revisions are sometimes impossible after productions begins.

Sample Lead Time & Costs

Stocked samples usually take 3-10 days depending on availability, while custom samples 25-60 days depending on the designs. Costs vary greatly, so please contact your sales representative for a detailed quote.
